Kauai Real Estate Sales experienced an increase in sales volume for both homes and condos for the month of February 2011 compared to 2010.
The residential sales median sales price jumped while the condo median sales price decreased due to a large number of small condo hotel style units closing. Kauai Real Estate is on the up and up with more activity from every angle of the Real Estate market.
February 2011 Vs. 2010 the number of Island wide home sales increased by 23.81%, the median sales price increased by 22.06%
