Investing in Florida real estate used to be a great way to invest your money but the softening Florida market is in a state of flux right now. Turbulent markets like Florida's are hard to predict. Many experts are trying to determine whether the turbulent market will get worse or finally get better. Over the past several years real estate prices were shooting up at record levels and many investors were making allot of money. It was very hard to lose money and even the newbies were making a killing. Well the tide has changed and now it may be risky business investing in the wrong market.
