The Whaler Kaanapali condominiums were constructed over thirty years ago over a small patch of land on the beach. The community encases over three hundred and fifty condominiums that overlook the ocean and the beach from twelve floors spread out over two different buildings. With floor plans of either studios and up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, they are all newly modeled upscale spacious units with top of the line fixtures. Each unit contains the most modern type of kitchen appliances, new flooring, carpeting, lighting, counter tops, and cabinets.
