The Kapalua Ironwood Condominiums were constructed over thirty years ago, and are located on the beach of Maui. The luxury homes face the beach and the ocean below, giving wonderful views of the blue seas and sky, as well as the smell and feel of the salty air. The condominiums are also located next to the large Kapalua golf course that is used by many residents and visitors of the island. The luxury homes consist of ten structures that are two and three stories high. Residents and visitors will enjoy access to their own garages in the facility, and a choice between two different floor plans. The suites come with either two or three bedrooms. The two bedroom has three bathrooms, and the three bedroom has four bathrooms. All units come with their own private office areas, both a living room and dining room, and two large private verandas. With trees surrounding the homes from miles and miles, with waves that lap up onto the beach, are spectacular views from the top floors of the units. It gives the residents a topography view of the whole beach, golf courses, palm trees, mountains, and the rocks below. Residents can also watch the marine life, such as dolphins and flying fish jumping out of the ocean. People will never want to leave their homes, much less the island for any period of time, for fear of missing something dramatic.

The activities that islanders and residents can partake in by this community will keep them occupied for hours on end.
