The Coconut Plantation has a wide variety of Plantation Villages that reflect the rich cultural history and architectural designs that Hawaii is most loved for. With over 200 Villas and 68 different cottages to choose from residents will never have to worry about not having enough choices. The cottages and villas are are a true oasis with resort living type of spacious homes with eight different floor plans.

Winner of the Gold Nugget Award in 2002, the luxurious plantation villages reflect the history of Oahu with the centuries old architectural designs that are offered at the Coconut Plantations, which also hold the towns oldest vintage train station and general store.

The villas and cottages are also technologically wired with new Cat 5 technology, as well as giving residents a choice of eight different floor plans for their homes. The homes are spacious two and three bedroom floor plans with private covered verandas, upgraded kitchens and appliances, built in microwaves, washer and dryers, their own golf cart, central heat and air, and one covered parking spot. The inside of the homes are fitted with antique couches, sitting chairs, and antique lamps. The homes also come with antique china cabinets, beautiful designed table and chairs, and glass plates, glasses, and silverware. The living room also opens out onto a gorgeous veranda and large patio with patio furniture of a small table with four chairs, and two lay out chairs for ultimate relaxation.
