Paul Adams

Paul is the Principal Broker and owner of Hawaii Realty International, LLC. Born in Poznan, Poland and raised in Ontario, Canada and Sarasota, Florida, Paul is certainly well traversed in different cultures and lifestyles. Coming to Hawaii on a full tennis scholarship to the University of Hawaii system, he earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in three and a half years while maintaining a rigorous tennis schedule as team captain.

In 2003 Paul earned his real estate license and joined forces to create one of the top producing real estate teams on Oahu, selling a record 113 homes in his first year. In 2005 Paul ventured out to become part owner in yet another successful real estate firm here in Hawaii with 150+ agents. Paul's sales production of $18.5 million in 2006 awarded him company top producer and company top sales. Foreseeing a potential market correction Paul sold his shares to go out completely on his own. Through hard work and perseverance Paul earned his broker's license and Hawaii Realty International, LLC was born.

Continuing his education Paul has also obtained the (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute and (e-PRO) Internet Professionals designations. Paul realizes that balance in life is the key to a successful business model and has found time for other activities. He most recently earned his first degree black belt in Taekwondo and has traveled the world extensively. Visiting Japan, Switzerland, Bermuda, France, Bora Bora, Australia, and the Cayman Islands, he is more than ready to assist clients with a vast array of demands and services.
